OVOIN provides fabrics by the yard for designers, brands, and individual customers worldwide.
Before placing your order, please review the following information.
Fabric Cutting
Most fabric orders are cut according to the quantity you select.
Because fabrics are prepared specifically for each order:
- Cut fabric cannot be returned due to a change of preference
- Please confirm fabric type, color, and quantity before ordering
For large orders, we recommend ordering swatches before bulk purchase.
Color & Texture
Fabric appearance may vary slightly due to:
- Different screens and displays
- Lighting conditions
- Production batches
For color-sensitive projects, we recommend checking a swatch before ordering.
Order Changes
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once fabric cutting or order preparation has started, changes may not always be possible.
